We accept payments via paypal on the website. You do not need to have a paypal account to make purchases. You can use a credit or debit card to make purchases on the website via our secure paypal link.

Refund, Return & Replacement terms

Not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with any purchases made from ZimTuckshop, please contact us within three days of purchase to arrange a refund or a replacement (exclusive of shipping charges). Replacements will be processed as soon as possible, based on availability of products. Refunds will be processed within 3 days. Unfortunately, to guarantee quality, we will not take returns.

Goods damaged in transit?
If goods purchased are damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (courier delivery date), for a no-charge replacement. Replacements will be processed as soon as possible, based on availability of products

Method of refund
At ZimTuckshop, we thrive to make things as simple as possible for our customers. We will process refunds to the method of initial payment.

Shipping

Shipping policy
Orders will be prepared for shipments as soon as payments are cleared. We make all efforts to ship within 2 business days of receiving orders. Tracking numbers will be sent to email addresses on file after shipment for personal tracking.

Shipping fees
ZimTuckshop ships around the US and internationally. We mostly use U.S based couriers: USPS, UPS and FedEX.

We calculate shipping costs based on weight and distance. We are working hard to keep shipping costs low for our customers.
